We can only accept one sponsorship per episode to ensure maximum visibility and impact for our sponsors. All sponsorship contributions are reinvested to enhance the production quality as well as promotion of the show before, during and after the show is aired in the spring of 2025.

User Obligations

Sponsorship Terms
By purchasing a sponsorship package from Western Synergy, you agree to the following:
• Non-Refundable Payment: All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the sponsor terminates their agreement or fails to provide required materials.
• Logo and Name Usage: Sponsors grant us the right to use their name, logo, and any promotional materials they submit for promotional, broadcast, or distribution purposes related to the podcast.
• Content Compliance: Sponsor-provided content must comply with TELUS STORYHIVE’s policies, including the exclusion of calls to action, pricing references, or unsubstantiated superlatives.
• Limited Exclusivity: Only one sponsor is accepted per episode to ensure maximum visibility and impact.
• No Royalties or Future Compensation: Sponsors waive the right to receive royalties or future compensation related to their sponsorship or the use of their materials.
• Edit Requests: Sponsors may request edits to how their brand is represented; however, final editorial decisions rest solely with the Producer.

Intellectual Property
All content on our Website—including text, graphics, audio, video, logos, and downloadable assets—is the property of Western Synergy or its content partners. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Website or content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability for any damages related to your use of the Website or participation in our sponsorship program.

Governing Law
